Alinity Divine

Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch viewer from California filed a civil lawsuit demanding damages in the amount of $25 million from Twitch due to their exposure to "overly sexually suggestive content that came from female streamers" when they logged on to the website. According to court records obtained by Dexerto, the plaintiff, who has previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, presented his formal complaint in court on June 15, seeking a suit, and Twitch itself was served with an official summons on June 19. Estavillo is one of the men who, according to his complaint filed with Santa Clara Superior Court of California that was filed on the 15th of June, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders as well as sexual addiction, among other health issues that force him to depend solely on the internet to stay entertained. In addition, the complaint claims Twitch is a major cause of these issues. The complaint went on to identify a variety of streamers with females that it claims "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they just want to see people playing video games on Twitch however, they are confronted with sexually addictive content and other content on a regular and regular basis daily." Alinity is not included. The complaint seeks relief, it is seeking to ban forever all streamers who violated Twitch ToS. $25 million is also requested, "to be divided between the plaintiff and all other Twitch prime Turbo Subscribers" with the remainder going to charity.
